30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Before you return anything

Please contact us at info@pocketsafely.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for your return, and we will reply with return instructions and the return address. Returns sent to us without first requesting instructions may not be processed.

Condition of returned items

  • The return is requested within 30 days of delivery;
  • The product is returned in its original condition;
  • Opened packaging is acceptable, provided the product itself remains undamaged and resalable;
  • You can provide proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).

Return shipping costs

  • Change-of-mind returns: you are responsible for normal return shipping costs.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: we cover the reasonable cost of returning the item and of any replacement.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us promptly after delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and have inspected it, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund and post it to your account.

When a return may not be accepted

  • The request is made more than 30 days after delivery; or
  • The item is returned without first contacting us for instructions; or
  • The product is returned damaged or in a condition that is no longer resalable, other than where it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal or other consumer protections you may have under applicable European Union and Estonian consumer law. Where our 30-day guarantee is more generous than your statutory rights, the guarantee applies in addition to those rights.
