These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PocketSafely website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product images are for illustration and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance. All products are subject to availability, and we may change or discontinue a product at any time. PocketSafely is a physical RFID-blocking accessory; it helps add a layer of protection but is not a guarantee against all unauthorized scanning, fraud, theft, or financial loss, and our product descriptions are written accordingly.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion — for example, if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

3. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown at checkout and may be displayed in your local currency where supported by Shopify Markets. The currency and amount you are charged are those shown to you at checkout before payment. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund you.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store full payment-card details. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Any delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day money-back guarantee and your statutory rights, subject to the conditions stated there.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the PocketSafely name, logo, text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with its operation, or to misuse it in any way that could harm PocketSafely or other users.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketSafely is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. PocketSafely is a physical card-protection accessory and does not guarantee prevention of all unauthorized scanning, fraud, or financial loss. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory rights under Estonian and European Union consumer law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order.
