Shipping policy

At PocketSafely, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains how and when we ship.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a further email once it ships.

Estimated delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Within Europe: approximately 3–10 business days
  • United States: approximately 5–15 business days

These times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or busy periods.

Carriers and tracking

Shipping carriers may vary depending on your destination. Where tracking is available for your order, we will email you the tracking details once it has shipped. Please allow some time after shipping for tracking information to begin updating.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, where they apply, are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination before you pay. Prices and any shipping charges are displayed in your local currency where supported.

Delivery addresses

You are responsible for entering a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or delivered incorrectly because of an inaccurate or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, please contact us at info@pocketsafely.com as soon as possible — we will try to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed.

Delayed, lost, or damaged parcels

  • Delayed: If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimate, contact us and we will help look into it with the carrier.
  • Lost: If a parcel appears lost, contact us at info@pocketsafely.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
  • Damaged: If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us promptly after delivery with photos, so we can make it right.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

For international orders, your delivery may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the authorities in your destination country. Where these apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total unless clearly stated at checkout. Please check your local import rules before ordering.
